Register a revocation
If you wish to cancel the purchase of a non-personalized product, you can easily submit your cancellation to us using the form below.
Note
For custom-made personalized products, there is no statutory right of withdrawal according to Section 18 (1) No. 3 of the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG).
Please include the following in your message:
- Order number
- Order date or delivery date
- A clear declaration of withdrawal (Hereby I/we revoke the contract concluded by me/us for the purchase of the following goods:)
- Which items you wish to cancel
After receiving your cancellation, you will receive a confirmation from us as well as further information on the process.
